How we work

Pathways routing runs on your device. Spatial network data comes from Lands Department / CSDI and OpenStreetMap. Hosted surfaces are labelled before they ship.

  1. Privacy-first architecture

    On-device routing and trip ZDR for Pathways. See our Manifesto and Privacy Policy.

  2. Open spatial data

    Prefer public LandsD / CSDI and OSM over proprietary lock-in. Attribution on Licenses.

  3. Honest product claims

    We say what each product covers — and that Pathways and VSE are Hong Kong only for now.

The promise should survive contact with the product.
