VSE licences & notices

Scope

This page applies to Vertral Spatial Engine (VSE) as shipped today: the spatial core used on-device inside TACTICO Pathways, and the open data that graph is built from. A hosted Worker API and agentic MCP are coming soon and not generally available. This page does not list notices for an API or MCP package that has not shipped. We will update this page when they do.

Front-end software, fonts, and basemap attribution for the Pathways PWA are on the Pathways licenses page. Ionic desktop licensing and notices ship with its distribution.

First-party software (shipped)

@vertral/spatial-core is Tactico Technologies software. It currently runs pathfinding on-device in the Pathways browser / PWA. All rights are reserved unless a particular distribution states a licence.

@vertral/hk-data is internal data-processing tooling. It is not distributed as a public browser package.

Coming soon (not shipped)

A hosted Cloudflare Worker API (api-worker) and VSE agentic MCP are not generally available. Until a public release, there is no downloadable or hosted API / MCP distribution and no corresponding third-party notice list.

Data and data sources

Graphs used by VSE in Pathways may include data derived from the Lands Department 3D Pedestrian Network, made available through CSDI / data.gov.hk, and OpenStreetMap pedestrian ways. Any distribution containing that data must comply with the applicable dataset notices and the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0. LandsD data is used under the government’s open-data terms. OSM data © OpenStreetMap contributors.

Third-party notices

Third-party notices for the VSE runtime that ships with Pathways today are listed on the Pathways licenses page. Report a missing notice to [email protected].

Language

This page may be offered in more than one language for convenience. If there is a conflict, the English version prevails.
