Four brand principles for every Tactico product. Local-first; edge only when local is not feasible. Zero data retention applies to all. Then how each product implements that.
Our principles
We run on the device when we can. Momentum stays local. If local is not feasible for another product, we use a hosted edge — and say so. VSE API and MCP are that case, coming soon. The fallback is not a Tactico backend that exists to log you.
Local-first
Same brand stance. Different surfaces.

On-device pathfinding. Trip ZDR. GPS only when you start it.
Pathfinding runs in the browser on a local graph. Start, end, and mode weights are computed where you are, not as a required round-trip to a routing API that can log every walk. We do not retain those queries or results. Hong Kong coverage for now.

Hosted edge. API and MCP coming soon. ZDR — not a trip dossier.
Vertral Spatial Engine is the graph and path context behind Pathways. It is not on-device routing. Hosted Worker API and agentic MCP are coming soon, so agents can ask for covered routes without inventing a map stack. When those endpoints ship, they may keep operational logs — not a trip dossier. Hong Kong coverage for now.

Contracts fail before merge. Essential stays local. Enterprise is packaging — coming soon.
Ionic is the agentic compatibility layer: register behavioural contracts between agents and fail before merge when a change would break the next agent.
The registry stays on your machine. We do not collect product telemetry of your agent docs. Structural checks are complete without a model.
IonicComing soon. The same engine with support, air-gap packaging, SSO, a multi-team registry, audit logs, and policy — not a paywall on the check itself. Not generally available. Organisation audit logs under contract, when it ships, are not Essential telemetry.
Enterprise

Local continuity. The store stays on your machine and holds what you checkpoint.
Momentum is local continuity for agents: versioned goals, typed memory, checkpoints, and exact resume through a local stdio MCP over SQLite. The stream stays on your machine. We do not host it or mine it into a second profile of your walks or contracts.
We do not log your trips or contracts. The site still loads pages, scripts, and tiles, and hosts may see ordinary request metadata. That is not a dossier. If we start keeping one, we will say so.
GPS, Ionic semantic review (to a model you configure — not us), and VSE API / MCP when they ship are features you turn on. Hosted VSE may keep operational logs — not a trip dossier. Momentum remains local and sends no continuity stream to us.
